What is EVER-APPROPRIATE?

Ever-Appropriate Etiquette Institute (EAEI) is a leading consulting firm which provides Leadership Development Programming for youth and professionals in the areas of Dining Etiquette, Business Etiquette & Impression Management. EAEI adds value by offering programming that develops and refines Soft Skills and Social Graces. Traditional rules of conduct are combined with cutting edge and modern practices of current society to provide a relevant curriculum. Mastery of core etiquette skills and development of civility in social settings are just the beginning of the benefits that our participants receive. Most importantly, they benefit from increased-self esteem and self-confidence as they are now equipped with the social skills to navigate in the world in which we operate.

Etiquette encompasses a standard of behavior that is universally accepted in our society. However, we believe that this standard should not be misinterpreted as a desire to make everyone the same. We encourage our students to let their unique personality shine..we equip them with the polish!

Power Hour-Dining Etiquette Overview

"Naretha was hired by Saint Louis University’s Black Alumni Association to make a presentation on dining and social media etiquette to the undergraduate Black Student Alliance. Her presentation achieved the perfect balance between appropriateness, poise, confidence, pragmatism, and humor. The students were able to relate to her because she coupled the rules with realistic examples for application and encouraged questions.
